1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refund Policy:

7. DMCA COPYRIGHT POLICY
DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure:

No advice or information obtained from Shoppicrew shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOPPICREW, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:
• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
