All products sold on Shoppicrew are made to order and fulfilled through trusted global production partners with fulfilment centres located in the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Brazil.

  1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order if:

The product arrives damaged
The item is defective
The print quality is incorrect
You received the wrong item or design

To request a return:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Provide clear photos showing the issue
Include your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Store Responsibility

If the return is due to:

Damaged products
Misprinted items
Manufacturing defects
Wrong item sent

We will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

Customer Responsibility

Returns requested due to:

Wrong size ordered
Incorrect color selected
Change of mind
Personal preference

In such cases, customers may be responsible for:

Because all items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

  1. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If a different size, colour, or product is required, a new order must be placed.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Provide photo proof

After verification, we will either:

Send a free replacement, or
Issue a full refund

  1. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Since all items are made on demand, production usually begins within a few hours after the order is placed.
